The 2BV series water ring vacuum pump is a marvel of engineering, designed to effectively handle both gas and water vapor. It achieves impressive results with an ultimate pressure reaching as low as absolute pressure 3300pa, equivalent to a 97% vacuum.
Ingeniously designed, the 2BV series allows the working fluid to be recycled, creating a closed-cycle system that delivers the dual benefits of zero emissions and solvent recovery, utilizing the pumped medium (liquid) efficiently.

For prolonged use near the ultimate vacuum (saturated vapor pressure of the working liquid), the pump features a cavitation protection pipe to safeguard its operation and ensure longevity.

When employed as a compressor, this pump showcases its versatility with an impressive outlet pressure capability of up to 0.26Mpa (absolute pressure), expanding its utility across various applications..

The 2BV2-EX and 2BV6 series water ring vacuum pumps and compressors are engineered for precision in handling explosive gases, making them ideal for diverse flammable and explosive environments. Their performance parameters remain consistent with the 2BV2 and 2BV5 series, ensuring reliability and safety.
