Designed for optimal performance, the pump operates continuously up to 2 hours under high vacuum with ambient temperatures between 5 ºC to 40 ºC and an inlet pressure ≤ 1330Pa. Should the suction port pressure demand change,
Ensure that the pump operation does not exceed 3 minutes when conditions surpass 1330Pa, preserving its integrity and lifespan.
Working Principle
1) Ingeniously designed, the eccentric rotor is housed within the pump chamber (stator), featuring three slots for seamless rotor slide functionality.
2) The clever rotor design segments the interior into three dynamic chambers, with volumes that vary as the rotor spins, maintaining operational harmony.
3) With precision, incoming gas is compressed within the intake chamber and efficiently expelled through the exhaust valve, ensuring seamless operation.
4) Strategic oil injection into the intake chamber achieves sealing, lubrication, and cooling. Oil, propelled by compressed gas, undergoes a transformation when
entering the fuel tank. Gravity facilitates the initial separation, with minute oil molecules advancing to the exhaust filter. Inside,
this closed-loop system, the collected oil is recycled back to the pump chamber. A float valve manages circulation, safeguarding against atmospheric pressure when oil is absent in the collection system.
This design prevents vacuum breach by redirecting from the fuel tank to the suction side of the pump chamber.

Users have the option to equip the pump with an inflatable electromagnetic pressure differential vacuum valve at the inlet. This feature automatically engages upon unexpected pump stoppages or power loss, safeguarding the vacuum system and mitigating pump oil backflow and contamination.
