Expertly crafted for optimal performance, the pump operates continuously for up to 2 hours under high vacuum conditions, withstanding ambient temperatures ranging from 5 ºC to 40 ºC and maintaining an inlet pressure of ≤ 1330Pa. In scenarios where the suction port pressure
exceeds ≥ 1330Pa, it is crucial that the pump operates for no more than 3 minutes to ensure sustained efficiency and longevity.
Working Principle
1) Ingeniously designed, the eccentric rotor is nestled within the pump chamber (stator), and is equipped with three slots, allowing the rotor to slide effortlessly.
2) As the rotor spins, it divides the internal space into three dynamically changing chambers, with their volumes adjusting seamlessly with each rotation.
3) Gas intakes, gets compressed, and is subsequently expelled outside the pump with precision via the exhaust valve.

The innovative circulation process ensures the oil is aptly collected and returned to the pump chamber. This system, regulated by a float valve, prevents atmospheric pressure breaches during oil shortages in the collection system.
It seamlessly maintains the vacuum by preventing air ingress from the fuel tank to the suction side of the pump chamber.
5) The seamless oil circulation is guaranteed through a meticulously maintained pressure difference.
This product can also be adapted to an explosion-proof version, making it ideal for demanding environments such as petroleum, chemical, mining, pharmaceuticals, oil depots, gas stations, liquefied gas stations, gas pipeline stations, and aerospace applications.
For enhanced safety, users have the option to install an inflatable electromagnetic pressure differential vacuum valve at the pump inlet. This ensures that if the pump suddenly halts or loses power, it automatically seals off the vacuum system and fills the pump chamber with air, preventing oil backflow and preserving the integrity of the vacuum system.
