The innovative Water Ring Vacuum Pump is expertly designed for the efficient extraction of gas and water vapor, achieving an impressive ultimate pressure of absolute pressure 3300 Pa, equivalent to a remarkable 97% vacuum.
The advanced 2BV series excels with its ability to recycle the working fluid using the extracted medium (liquid), forming a sophisticated closed cycle system. This innovative approach ensures zero emissions and efficient solvent recovery.

To ensure the longevity and performance of the pump operating at suction pressures near the ultimate vacuum (saturated vapor pressure of the working liquid), it is vital to attach the cavitation protection pipe for optimal pump protection.

Functioning as a compressor, this pump can achieve an impressive outlet pressure of up to 0.26 Mpa (absolute pressure), showcasing its versatility and powerful performance..

The 2BV2-EX and 2BV6 series water ring vacuum pumps and compressors are engineered to handle explosive gases, making them ideal for use in flammable and explosive settings. Their performance parameters mirror those of the 2BV2 and 2BV5 series, ensuring consistent and reliable operation.
