Introducing the 2XZ series vacuum pump, a fundamental piece of equipment designed to efficiently evacuate gas from sealed enclosures. This versatile pump can function independently or serve as a precursor to enhance the performance of booster pumps, diffusion pumps, molecular pumps, maintenance pumps, and titanium pumps. Whether involved in the production of electric vacuum containers, vacuum welding, printing processes, photographic plate creation, food packaging, vacuum forming, or maintenance of refrigeration equipment, this pump is indispensable. It also adeptly pairs with instrumentation and laboratory testing, showcasing its broad utility and adaptability.
Engineered to operate continuously for up to 2 hours under high vacuum conditions, this pump thrives within an ambient temperature spectrum of 5 ºC to 40 ºC and sustains an inlet pressure of ≤ 1330Pa. In scenarios where the suction port pressure exceeds this threshold,
the pump's operation should be limited to a brief span of 3 minutes to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Working principle
1) At the heart of the pump's design is an eccentric rotor placed within the pump chamber (stator), housing three slots that allow the rotor to glide effortlessly.
2) This ingenious rotor configuration divides the chamber into three distinct spaces, each varying in volume as the rotor rotates.
3) The gas drawn into the intake chamber is expertly compressed and systematically expelled from the pump via the exhaust valve.
4) An injection of oil into the intake chamber acts as a sealant, lubricant, and coolant. The oil is mobilized by the compressed gas and, upon entering
the fuel tank, undergoes gravity-induced separation, allowing smaller oil molecules to proceed to the exhaust filter. This sophisticated internal
circulation mechanism ensures the reclaimed oil is cycled back into the pump chamber, regulated by a float valve, preventing atmospheric intrusion should the oil reservoir run dry.
This circulation also maintains the vacuum integrity by channeling back through the suction side of the pump chamber.
5) The oil's journey through the system is governed by strategic pressure differentials.
For environments demanding heightened safety, the product is also available in an explosion-proof variant, ideally suited for industries such as petroleum, chemicals, mining, medicine, oil storage, gas stations, liquefied gas facilities, pipeline stations, and the aerospace sector.
To enhance operational security, users may install an inflatable electromagnetic pressure differential vacuum valve at the pump's inlet. This feature automatically isolates the vacuum system and introduces air into the pump chamber when the device unexpectedly halts, thereby preventing oil backflow and contamination of the vacuum system.
