OVERVIEW

The structure of oil free vacuum pump is in the space between the cylinder block and the side cover the rotor is installed eccentrically on the cylinder body,and there is a very small gap between the rotor and the cylinde body.Several graphite slides are installed in the slot of the rotor surface.When tne rotor slides under the centrifugal force,it makes graphite slide and the inner wall of the cylinder body are in cantact state.
The space around the sliding vane rotor,the cylinder and the side cover is changed with the rotation of the rotor. As shown in the fligure with the rotation from 1 to 2,the volume gradually reduced,the suction gas is compressed fron 3 to 4,the gas is excluded from the outside.With the continuous process the air is transferred from the suction port to the exhaust port.
A pimp with 4pcs slides will be subjected to a 4 times exhaust process for a week. When the suction end of the maximum volume of V(L), the number of turns is 4VN(L) of the air is excluded in one minute. This theoretical value as the exhaustvelocity.
