The pump is engineered to deliver consistent performance, typically operating continuously for no more than 2 hours under stringent high vacuum conditions. It thrives in ambient temperatures ranging from 5 ºC to 40 ºC, with an inlet pressure not exceeding ≤ 1330Pa. In scenarios where the suction port pressure
exceeds ≥ 1330Pa, operational guidelines stipulate the pump should run no longer than 3 minutes to ensure safety and reliability.
Working principle
1) At the heart of the pump's functionality is an eccentric rotor, meticulously installed within the pump chamber (stator). This rotor is equipped with three slots, allowing the rotor to slide freely and efficiently.
2) The innovative rotor design cleverly partitions the internal space into three chambers, with their volumes dynamically shifting as the rotor spins, enabling seamless operation.
3) As gas enters the intake chamber, it undergoes compression, subsequently being expelled from the pump through the exhaust valve, demonstrating engineering excellence.
4) The introduction of oil into the intake chamber serves a tri-fold purpose: sealing, lubricating, and cooling. This oil is propelled by the compressed gas and,
upon entering the fuel tank, natural gravity separates larger oil molecules, directing smaller molecules to the exhaust filter. This ensures effective internal operations.
The cyclical nature of the process ensures collected oil returns seamlessly to the pump chamber, with the circulation meticulously regulated by a float valve to maintain atmospheric balance, especially when the collection system is low on oil, thus
eliminating any chance of vacuum disruption by preventing unwanted air entry from the fuel tank to the suction side of the pump chamber.
5) The ingenuity of the oil circulation is secured through a calculated pressure difference, ensuring smooth and efficient pumping action.
For specialized requirements, this product can be adapted to an explosion-proof version, making it ideal for sensitive sectors such as petroleum, chemical, mining, medicine, oil depots, gas stations, liquefied gas stations, gas pipeline stations, and the aerospace industry, offering robust safety and performance.
To enhance the safety measures, users can opt to install an inflatable electromagnetic pressure differential vacuum valve at the pump's inlet. This mechanism acts as a safeguard, automatically severing the vacuum system and introducing air into the pump chamber in the event of a sudden stop or power loss, effectively preventing any backflow of pump oil and shielding the vacuum system from contamination.
