Its efficiency and energy-saving capabilities make it the ultimate replacement for the SK, SZ, and 2SK series water ring vacuum pumps. This versatile product finds its applications across a multitude of sectors including papermaking, coal mining, power generation, vacuum filtration, casting (negative pressure molding), petrochemical industries, pharmaceuticals, food processing, new material development, and simulated environmental experiments.
 

Main Feature

1. The innovative design of the unique flexible exhaust port ensures that no excessive compression is formed, guaranteeing optimal performance across the entire vacuum range.

2. With impellers crafted from cast ductile iron or welded steel plate, and reinforced with robust, short blades and a full-length conical wheel, the design guarantees unbeatable stability even under the most severe conditions, significantly enhancing the longevity of the vacuum pump.
3. Each impeller is meticulously balanced both dynamically and statically, ensuring a secure interference fit between the shaft elements.
4. The belt pulley system employs a high-precision taper sleeve pulley, ensuring reliable operation while being exceptionally easy to disassemble when needed.
5. The shaft sleeve, being the most susceptible part to wear in a water ring pump, is constructed from durable stainless steel or ductile iron, offering an extended lifespan over ordinary materials. Depending on user specifications, both packing seals and mechanical seals are available.
6. For users requiring corrosion resistance, we offer materials such as stainless steel (SUS304, SUS316L), 2205, 2507, and titanium. Additionally, a space-saving upper type steam separator is available to efficiently reduce noise.
