Utilizing oil as a working medium, this sophisticated equipment boasts a four-stage nozzle system (incorporating three-stage diffusion and one-stage spray) with a fractionation type conduit and an all-metal construction. Masterfully engineered to remove air and other non-reactive gases with pump structural materials and pump oil, this pump achieves an impressive high vacuum of 10-1-10-5pa. It is indispensable in high-tech applications such as vacuum smelting, vacuum coating, vacuum heat treatment, semiconductor component manufacturing, and space simulation systems.
The K series is celebrated for its simplistic yet robust design. With no transmission components, it ensures easy operation and maintenance, offering a long-lasting solution that stands out as an economical choice for high vacuum needs.
Working Method
The diffusion pump operates through a sophisticated cycle:
Heating - Evaporation - Injection - Inhalation (Diffusion) - Cooling Liquefaction (Gas Release) - Return Flow to Pump Base - Reheating. This efficient cycle is repeated to effectively evacuate the vacuum system.
