Introducing the Single Stage Rotary Vacuum Pump
Our 2XZ series vacuum pump stands as essential equipment for efficiently evacuating gas from sealed containers. This versatile pump can function independently or serve as a pre-pump alongside booster pumps, diffusion pumps, molecular pumps, maintenance pumps, and titanium pumps. Ideal for electric vacuum container manufacturing, vacuum welding, printing, photographic plate making, food packaging, vacuum forming, refrigeration maintenance, instrumentation, and laboratory testing.
Expertly designed for continuous operation, the pump performs optimally for up to 2 hours under high vacuum conditions, within an ambient temperature range of 5 ºC to 40 ºC, and an inlet pressure of ≤ 1330Pa. If the suction port pressure
exceeds 1330Pa, it is recommended that the pump operates for no longer than 3 minutes.

Delving into the Working Principle
1) Featuring an eccentric rotor within the pump chamber, equipped with three slots where the rotor glides effortlessly.
2) The rotor dynamically segments the internal space into three chambers, whose volumes fluctuate with rotor motion.
3) Gas is drawn into the intake chamber, compressed, and efficiently expelled through the exhaust valve.
4) Oil injected into the intake chamber serves to seal, lubricate, and cool. The oil is propelled by compressed gas and, upon
entering the fuel tank, undergoes gravitational separation. Minimal oil molecules progress into the exhaust filter. Internal
oil circulation ensures reclaimed oil returns to the pump chamber, managed by a float valve to prevent atmospheric intrusion when oil is absent in the collection system.
Facilitating vacuum interruption by channeling from the fuel tank to the pump chamber's suction side.
5) The oil circulation relies on a strategic pressure difference.
For enhanced safety, the product is adaptable to an explosion-proof model, ideal for use in petroleum, chemical, mining, pharmaceutical sectors, oil depots, gas stations, liquefied gas stations, gas pipeline stations, and aerospace applications.
For added functionality, users may install an inflatable electromagnetic pressure differential vacuum valve at the pump inlet. This feature automatically isolates the vacuum system and introduces air into the pump chamber upon sudden pump stoppage or power loss, effectively preventing oil backflow and system contamination.
