Single Stage Rotary Vacuum Pump
Introducing the 2XZ Series Vacuum Pump, an essential, high-performance tool designed to effectively remove gas from sealed containers. The pump can stand alone or serve as a pre-pump for booster, diffusion, molecular, maintenance, and titanium pumps. Its versatile applications make it indispensable in industries like electric vacuum container manufacturing, vacuum welding, precision printing, and photographic plate making. It's also perfect for food packaging, vacuum forming, refrigeration equipment maintenance, instrument and meter equipment integration, and laboratory testing, making it a truly universal solution.
The pump is engineered for continuous operation under high vacuum conditions, ideally for not more than 2 hours. It performs optimally within an ambient temperature range of 5 ºC to 40 ºC and maintains an inlet pressure of ≤ 1330Pa. Should the suction port pressure exceed this threshold,
When operating conditions shift to ≥ 1330Pa, the pump's operation time should be limited to a maximum of 3 minutes to ensure peak performance and longevity.

Working Principle
1) At the heart of the pump is an eccentric rotor, expertly installed within the pump chamber (stator). The rotor features three slots allowing it to glide effortlessly.
2) Ingeniously, the rotor's movement divides the internal space into three chambers, with each chamber's volume adapting as the rotor rotates.
3) Gases make their way into the intake chamber, where they are skillfully compressed and subsequently discharged through the exhaust valve.
4) An integral part of the system is the oil injected into the intake chamber. This oil plays a pivotal role in sealing, lubricating, and cooling. The oil is propelled by the compressed gas, and as it passes through,
Upon entering the fuel tank, gravity facilitates an initial separation. The finer oil molecules continue to the exhaust filter, while the internal
circulation mechanism ensures that collected oil is efficiently routed back to the pump chamber. This oil circulation is meticulously managed by a float valve, which safeguards against atmospheric pressure when the collection system is devoid of oil.
This process prevents the vacuum from being compromised by air entry from the fuel tank into the pump chamber's suction side.
5) The ingenious oil circulation system relies on pressure differences to function smoothly and effectively.
For specialized applications, the product can be adapted to an explosion-proof type. This makes it perfect for highly demanding sectors such as petroleum, chemical, mining, pharmaceuticals, oil depots, gas stations, liquefied gas stations, gas pipeline stations, and aerospace.
For added safety and operational security, users may choose to install an inflatable electromagnetic pressure differential vacuum valve at the pump's inlet. This ensures that if the pump unexpectedly halts or loses power, it instantly seals the vacuum system and injects air into the pump chamber, thus preventing oil backflow and contamination of the vacuum system.
