Working principle

The ingenious structure of the oil-free vacuum pump is expertly designed, positioned in the space between the cylinder blockand the side cover. Within this setup, the rotor is installed eccentrically on the cylinder body, and there exists a remarkably small gap between the rotor and the cylinder body. Several durable graphite slides are skillfully installed in the slot of the rotor's surface. When the rotor slides operate under the centrifugal force, it enables graphite slide and the inner wall of the cylinder body to be in a perfect contact state.The space
surrounding the sliding vane rotor, along with the cylinder and the side cover, undergoes transformation with the rotation of the rotor. As illustrated in the figure, withthe rotation from position 1 to 2, the volume is gradually reduced, and thus the suction gas is perfectly compressed within the system. from 3to 4,the gas is excluded from the outside. With the continuous process the air is transferred from the suction port to the exhaust port
