Working principle

The ingenious and robust structure of our oil-free vacuum pump is meticulously engineered in the space between the cylinder blockand the side cover. Within this space, the rotor is installed eccentrically on the cylinder body, and there exists a very small and precisely calculated gap between the rotor and the cylinder body. Multiple graphite slides are strategically installed in the slot of the rotor surface. When the rotor slides under the centrifugal force, it ensures that the graphite slide and the inner wall of the cylinder body remain in a constant state of contact.This contact maintains the
integrity of the pump's operation. The space around the sliding vane rotor, the cylinder, and the side cover adapts dynamically with the rotation of the rotor. As demonstrated inthe figure, with the smooth rotation from position 1 to 2, the volume is gradually reduced, allowing the suction gas to be efficiently compressed. from 3to 4,the gas is excluded from the outside. With the continuous process the air is transferred from the suction port to the exhaust port
A pump with 4 pcs slides will be subjected to a 4 times exhaust process for a week. When the suction end of the maximum volume of V(L), the number of turns is N(rpm), and the 4 V N(L) of the air is excluded in one minute. This theoretical value acts as the exhaust velocity.
