OVERVIEW

Our water ring vacuum pump is expertly designed for the efficient pumping of gases and water vapor, achieving an unparalleled ultimate pressure that can reach an absolute pressure of 3300 Pa (97% vacuum).
The innovative 2BV series recycles the working fluid using the pumped medium (liquid), creating a closed-cycle system that pioneers zero emissions and enhances solvent recovery.

To ensure optimal performance when operating under suction pressures near the ultimate vacuum (saturated vapor pressure of the working liquid), the cavitation protection pipe should be engaged to safeguard the pump.

When utilized as a compressor, this dynamic pump can achieve an impressive outlet pressure of up to 0.26 Mpa (absolute pressure).

The 2BV2-EX and 2BV6 series water ring vacuum pumps and compressors are specifically engineered for situations involving explosive gases, making them ideal for flammable and explosive environments. Their performance parameters mirror those of the standard 2BV2 and 2BV5 series.

--Featuring convenient inspection holes on the end cover, this pump allows for easy internal inspections and quick replacement of suction and exhaust valve plates without the need to dismantle the pump, simplifying maintenance. Packing replacements can also be accomplished without removing the pump cover, enhancing user convenience.
--With a system optimization design and flexible exhaust valve, this series minimizes over-compression during gas compression. By dynamically adjusting the exhaust area, it reduces energy consumption and maximizes operating efficiency.
--Capable of achieving a maximum gas extraction capacity of 1030 m³/min, this product excels in processes demanding high extraction speeds.
