Single Stage Rotary Vacuum Pump
The 2XZ series vacuum pump represents a fundamental piece of equipment engineered to meticulously extract gas from sealed containers. Its versatile design allows it to operate independently or as a precursor to booster pumps, diffusion pumps, molecular pumps, maintenance pumps, and titanium pumps. This makes it invaluable in the production of electric vacuum containers, vacuum welding processes, printing, photographic plate making, food packaging, vacuum forming, refrigeration equipment maintenance, as well as partnering with instruments, meters, and laboratory testing.
The pump is designed to function optimally under high vacuum conditions for continuous operation not exceeding 2 hours, within an ambient temperature spectrum of 5 ºC to 40 ºC, maintaining an inlet pressure of ≤ 1330Pa. In the event of suction port pressure
Exceeding ≥ 1330Pa, the pump's operation should be limited to a maximum of 3 minutes to ensure longevity and performance.

Working Principle
1) The pump chamber (stator) houses an eccentric rotor, which features three slots that allow the rotor to slide freely, facilitating efficient operation.
2) This ingenious rotor divides the internal space into three distinct chambers, with their volumes dynamically changing as the rotor spins.
3) Gas that enters is adeptly compressed within the intake chamber and subsequently expelled through the exhaust valve, ensuring effective performance.

To bolster operational reliability, users have the option to install an inflatable electromagnetic pressure differential vacuum valve at the pump's inlet. This feature autonomously isolates the vacuum system and infuses air into the pump chamber if the pump stops unexpectedly or loses power, thus preventing pump oil backflow and contamination.
