Vacuum Pump--water ring vacuum pump
OVERVIEW
2BV series water ring vacuum pump is suitable for pumping gas and water vapor, the ultimate pressure can reach absolute pressure 3300pa (97% vacuum).
The working fluid of the 2BV series can be recycled using the pumped medium (liquid) to form a closed cycle system, thus achieving zero emissions and solvent recovery.
When the pump is working for a long time under the suction pressure close to the ultimate vacuum (the saturated vapor pressure of the working liquid), the cavitation protection pipe should be connected to protect the pump.
When the pump is used as a compressor, its outlet pressure can be up to 0.26Mpa (absolute pressure).
2BV2-EX, 2BV6 series water ring vacuum pumps and compressors are mainly used for pumping explosive gases, and used in various flammable and explosive environments, and its performance parameters are exactly the same as 2BV2, 2BV5 series.

Main feature
--Machine pump coaxial or direct connection design, saving space, easy installation, easy maintenance.
--With mechanical seals as standard, leaks are completely eliminated.
--Equipped with cavitation protection interface, such as working under the ultimate pressure, open the cavitation protection valve (or connected with the separator), can eliminate the cavitation sound before the maximum suction effect, and protect the pump.
--If the flow parts are all made of stainless steel (can be SUS304, SUS316L, 2205, 2507, titanium, etc.), acid and alkaline gases can be removed and work in a more demanding environment.
--Unique flexible exhaust port design, which does not produce excessive compression, ensures optimal operating efficiency throughout the vacuum range.
