Introducing the versatile 2XZ series vacuum pump, an essential tool meticulously crafted to evacuate gas from sealed enclosures. Perfect for solo operations or as a precursor in tandem with booster pumps, diffusion pumps, molecular pumps, maintenance pumps, and titanium pumps, it finds its place in a myriad of applications. It's indispensable in the production of electric vacuum containers, facilitates vacuum welding, enhances printing processes, and aids in photographic plate creation. Moreover, it excels in food packaging, vacuum forming, and the maintenance of refrigeration systems. Its utility extends to complementing instruments and meter equipment and is a staple in laboratory testing.
Designed to perform optimally, the pump operates continuously for up to 2 hours under high vacuum conditions, thriving in ambient temperatures ranging from 5 ºC to 40 ºC, with an inlet pressure threshold of ≤ 1330Pa. Should the suction port pressure exceed these limits, careful monitoring is advised.
In circumstances where the pressure meets or exceeds 1330Pa, the pump's operation is limited to a brief span of 3 minutes to ensure longevity and efficiency.
Working Principle
1) At the heart of the pump lies an eccentric rotor, expertly installed within the pump chamber (stator). This rotor boasts three precision-engineered slots, allowing the rotor to glide seamlessly.
2) The rotor ingeniously segments the inner space into three distinct chambers, with their volumes dynamically shifting as the rotor turns, ensuring optimal gas handling.
3) Gas is adeptly drawn into the intake chamber, skillfully compressed, and subsequently expelled through the exhaust valve, ensuring efficient operation.
4) A carefully injected oil serves a triple purpose: sealing, lubricating, and cooling. This oil, driven by the force of compressed gas, maintains system integrity, even as gravity facilitates separation.
As the oil enters the fuel tank, gravity acts to separate it, and smaller oil molecules are directed towards the exhaust filter, providing a clean operation.
A seamless circulation, governed by a float valve, ensures the collected oil is recirculated back into the pump chamber. This system prevents atmospheric contamination when the collection system runs low on oil.
The vacuum integrity is compromised when air enters from the fuel tank into the suction side of the pump chamber.
5) The oil circulation is meticulously maintained through a pressure differential, guaranteeing consistent performance.
For specialized applications, the pump can be transformed into an explosion-proof variant, expanding its usage to petroleum, chemical, mining, medicine, oil depots, gas stations, and aerospace sectors, among others.
For added safety and functionality, users may opt to install an inflatable electromagnetic pressure differential vacuum valve at the pump's inlet. This valve automatically intervenes to prevent oil backflow and system contamination in the event of a sudden stop or power loss by isolating the vacuum system and introducing air into the pump chamber.
