Single Stage Rotary Vacuum Pump
The 2XZ series vacuum pump is an essential tool for efficiently removing gases from sealed containers. This versatile pump can function independently or serve as a pre-pump for various advanced systems, including booster pumps, diffusion pumps, molecular pumps, maintenance pumps, and titanium pumps. It finds applications across multiple industries such as the manufacturing of electric vacuum containers, vacuum welding, printing, photographic plate making, food packaging, vacuum forming, refrigeration equipment maintenance, along with being an integral component in instrument and meter equipment matching and laboratory testing.
The pump is designed to operate continuously for up to 2 hours under high vacuum conditions, maintaining optimal performance within an ambient temperature span of 5 ºC to 40 ºC and an inlet pressure limit of ≤ 1330Pa. For enhanced durability and efficiency,
it is crucial to avoid operating beyond 3 minutes when the inlet pressure is ≥ 1330Pa, ensuring the longevity and reliability of the pump.

Working Principle
1) The eccentric rotor, ingeniously installed within the pump chamber (stator), features three slots enabling the rotor to glide smoothly.
2) With its meticulous design, the rotor segments the internal space into three chambers, their volumes dynamically adjusting as the rotor spins.
3) Gas entering through the intake chamber is skillfully compressed and discharged through the exhaust valve, maintaining a seamless flow.
4) Injected oil within the intake chamber serves multiple functions, including sealing, lubricating, and cooling. The oil, propelled by compressed gas,
undergoes gravitational separation upon entering the fuel tank. The smaller oil molecules advance to the exhaust filter, ensuring minimal waste.
The circulation system guarantees the recycled oil returns to the pump chamber, with a float valve precisely controlling the flow, thereby preventing atmospheric pressure when devoid of oil in the collection system.
This mechanism effectively sustains the vacuum by directing oil back to the pump chamber from the fuel tank.
5) The oil circulation system is adeptly maintained through pressure differentials, ensuring efficient operation.
For specialized applications, the product can be modified to an explosion-proof variant, making it ideal for use in sectors like petroleum, chemical processing, mining, pharmaceuticals, oil depots, gas stations, liquefied gas facilities, gas pipeline stations, and aerospace industries.
For added security, users can install an inflatable electromagnetic pressure differential vacuum valve at the pump's inlet. This feature automatically activates to cut off the vacuum system and inject air into the pump chamber if the pump stops or loses power unexpectedly, thus preventing oil backflow and contamination of the vacuum system.
