Structure and Principle

This innovative machine is powered by an electric motor through a V-belt pulley system, which drives the active rotor, while asynchronous gears guide the driven gear to propel the driven rotor. Additionally, a meticulous clearance of approximately 0.25mm is upheld between the rotor, pump body, and end cover. During operation, the lower part of the pump chamber witnesses a continuous separation of the two rotors, leading to an expansion in volume. Conversely, the upper part experiences a volume contraction due to the continuous connection of the two rotors, effectively managing the suction and discharge of gas. This mechanism creates a vacuum on the suction side while keeping the exhaust side nearly atmospheric.
