OVERVIEW

The 2BV series water ring vacuum pump is expertly crafted for efficiently pumping both gas and water vapor, achieving an impressive ultimate pressure of up to 3300pa, which translates to a remarkable 97% vacuum.
Ingeniously designed, the working fluid of the 2BV series can be recycled using the pumped medium, forming a closed cycle system that achieves not only zero emissions but also effective solvent recovery.

For optimal performance, when operating under suction pressure close to the ultimate vacuum (saturated vapor pressure of the working liquid), the cavitation protection pipe should be connected to safeguard the pump.

When utilized as a compressor, the 2BV series pump can remarkably reach an outlet pressure of up to 0.26Mpa (absolute pressure)..

The 2BV2-EX and 2BV6 series water ring vacuum pumps and compressors are specially engineered for pumping explosive gases and are ideal for various flammable and explosive environments, boasting the same performance parameters as the 2BV2 and 2BV5 series.
