1) At the heart of the pump, an eccentric rotor is crafted to precision and installed within the pump chamber (stator). This rotor features three slots where it slides with effortless grace.
2) The rotor ingeniously divides the inner space into three chambers, with their volumes dynamically adjusting as the rotor turns, showcasing a marvel of mechanical design.
3) Gases entering the intake chamber are adeptly compressed and subsequently expelled through the exhaust valve, ensuring efficiency and precision.

Upon entering the fuel tank, the oil undergoes a coarse separation due to gravitational forces, effectively directing smaller oil molecules into the exhaust filter. Internally,
A meticulous circulation system ensures that the recovered oil is returned to the pump chamber, regulated by a float valve to maintain atmospheric pressure integrity when the collection system lacks oil.
The vacuum is effectively managed by redirecting air from the fuel tank to the suction side of the pump chamber, preventing any disruption.
5) The oil circulation is expertly maintained through a calculated pressure difference, ensuring seamless and efficient operations.
For specialized needs, the product can be tailored to an explosion-proof version, making it ideal for industries such as petroleum, chemical, mining, medical, oil and gas storage, and aerospace applications.
For added convenience and safety, users can opt to install an inflatable electromagnetic pressure differential vacuum valve at the pump inlet. This feature automatically seals the vacuum system and introduces air into the pump chamber in the event of a sudden stop or power loss, preventing oil backflow and maintaining system purity.
