The 2BV series water ring vacuum pump is perfectly engineered for the efficient extraction of gas and water vapor, achieving an impressive ultimate pressure of absolute 3300pa, which equates to a 97% vacuum, ensuring superior performance and reliability.
With the innovative design of the 2BV series, the working fluid can be ingeniously recycled using the pumped medium (liquid), forming a closed cycle system that not only achieves zero emissions but also facilitates solvent recovery, contributing to an eco-friendly operation.

For prolonged operations at suction pressures nearing the ultimate vacuum (equivalent to the working liquid's saturated vapor pressure), it is crucial to connect the cavitation protection pipe. This ensures the pump's longevity and optimal performance.

When deployed as a compressor, this pump can attain an impressive outlet pressure of up to 0.26Mpa (absolute pressure), making it versatile for various industrial applications..

The 2BV2-EX and 2BV6 series water ring vacuum pumps and compressors are specially designed for extracting explosive gases in diverse flammable and explosive environments. These models offer identical performance parameters as the 2BV2 and 2BV5 series, ensuring safety without compromising efficiency.
