Its versatility allows it to operate solo or as a pre-pump in tandem with booster, diffusion, molecular, maintenance, and titanium pumps. The pump's robust design ensures continuous operation, withstanding high vacuum conditions for up to 2 hours, within ambient temperatures of 5 ºC to 40 ºC. It functions optimally with an inlet pressure not exceeding 1330Pa, ensuring your operations run smoothly and without interruption even in demanding environments.
In scenarios where the inlet pressure is ≥ 1330Pa, the pump is designed to perform efficiently but should be operated for no more than 3 minutes to maintain its longevity and performance.
Working principle
1) At the heart of the pump lies an eccentric rotor installed within the stator, featuring three slots that accommodate freely sliding vanes. This ingenious design facilitates seamless pumping action.
2) The rotor ingeniously segments the internal space into three dynamic chambers, each altering in volume as the rotor turns, thereby enabling efficient gas handling.
3) As gas enters, it is skillfully compressed in the intake chamber and effectively expelled through the exhaust valve, ensuring optimal vacuum conditions.
4) Oil injected into the intake chamber is crucial for sealing, lubrication, and cooling. It is propelled by the compressed gas, enhancing the pump's performance.
Upon entering the fuel tank, gravity naturally separates the oil, directing smaller molecules to the exhaust filter for refined circulation.
The internal oil circulation system is meticulously controlled by a float valve, ensuring oil returns to the pump chamber, thus maintaining efficiency and preventing air ingress during low oil scenarios.
The sophisticated design prevents vacuum disruption by managing oil flow from the fuel tank back into the pump chamber.
5) The consistent oil circulation is driven by a finely-tuned pressure differential, ensuring seamless operation.
