Working principle

The core structure of our innovative oil-free vacuum pump is expertly engineered to reside in the space between the cylinder blockand the side cover. Here, the rotor is strategically installed eccentrically on the precision-engineered cylinder body, and there exists a very small gap between the high-performance rotor and the cylinder body. Engineered graphite slides are carefully installed in the slots of the rotor surface. When the rotor slides under the centrifugal force, it ensures that the graphite slides maintain perfect contact with the inner wall of the cylinder body, thus remaining in constant contactstate. The space
surrounding the sliding vane rotor, the cylinder, and the side cover is dynamically altered with the rotation of the rotor. As illustrated in the figure, with the rotational movementfrom point 1 to 2, the volume is gradually reduced, optimizing suction power and efficiency. This innovative design ensures enhanced performance and reliability. The gas undergoes a seamless compression process, originating from stage 3 where it is efficiently excluded from the external environment. With the uninterrupted operation the air is seamlessly transferred from the suction port to the exhaust port.
A pump equipped with four meticulously engineered slides will undergo a quadruple exhaust process each week. When the suction end of the maximum volume V(L) reaches capacity, the number of rotations is N(rpm), and 4VN(L) of air is excluded within a minute. This theoretical value is recognized as the exhaust velocity.
