Our products are extensively utilized across a multitude of industries including papermaking, coal mining, power generation, vacuum filtration, casting with negative pressure molding, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food processing, innovative materials, simulated environmental experiments, and more.
 

Main Feature

1. This innovative vacuum pump features a unique and flexible exhaust port design that prevents excessive compression, ensuring optimal performance across the entire vacuum range, thus maximizing operational efficiency and reliability.

2. Crafted from high-quality materials, the impeller is available in cast ductile iron or welded steel plate, featuring short, robust blades that are reinforced by a ring and full-length conical wheel. This design significantly enhances stability under rigorous conditions, thereby extending the vacuum pump's service life.
3. Each impeller undergoes rigorous dynamic and static balancing, while a robust interference fit is meticulously engineered between the shaft, ensuring seamless operation and unrivaled precision.
4. The belt pulley, integral to the belt drive system, is a standard high-precision taper sleeve pulley that guarantees reliable operation coupled with the convenience of easy disassembly.
5. Acknowledging the water ring pump's most susceptible components, the shaft sleeve is meticulously crafted from either stainless steel or ductile iron, surpassing the longevity of ordinary materials. Users also have the flexibility to choose between packing seals or mechanical seals based on their requirements.
