The suction medium may include dry or wet air, or water, yet must be devoid of granular substances, excessive dust, or corrosive materials.



Structure and Principle

This cutting-edge apparatus utilizes an electric motor, propelling motion through a V-belt pulley to activate the rotor. Precision is achieved by an asynchronous gear for the driven rotor's rotation. The rotors function non-contactly, maintaining a precise 0.4mm gap between each other and 0.25mm between rotor, pump body, and end cover. As the rotors diverge in the lower pump chamber, volume expansion transpires, while their convergence in the upper chamber leads to volume contraction, facilitating the gas suction and discharge process. This ingenious mechanism achieves a vacuum on the suction side, whereas the exhaust side remains at near atmospheric pressure.
A soundproof box at the pump outlet stabilizes pressure and enhances sealing efficiency, thereby elevating the pump's overall performance and ensuring a quieter operation.
