Ingeniously engineered, the 2BV series water ring vacuum pump utilizes a closed cycle system through the recycling of the pumped medium (liquid) as its working fluid. This innovative approach not only ensures zero emissions but also facilitates efficient solvent recovery, optimizing sustainability.

To safeguard the pump during prolonged operations at suction pressures nearing the ultimate vacuum (corresponding to the saturated vapor pressure of the working liquid), it is crucial to connect the cavitation protection pipe. This feature is essential for maintaining the pump's integrity and operational longevity.

When deployed as a compressor, this versatile pump boasts an impressive outlet pressure capability of up to 0.26 MPa (absolute pressure), showcasing its adaptability and strength.

The 2BV2-EX and 2BV6 series water ring vacuum pumps and compressors are expertly crafted for the demanding task of pumping explosive gases.
