OVERVIEW

The 2BV series water ring vacuum pump is expertly crafted to handle both gas and water vapor, achieving an impressive ultimate pressure of 3300pa (97% vacuum absolute pressure).
Ingeniously, the 2BV series recycles the working fluid by utilizing the pumped medium (liquid) to create a closed-loop system, promoting zero emissions and efficient solvent recovery.

For prolonged operation near the ultimate vacuum (the saturated vapor pressure of the working liquid), it is essential to connect the cavitation protection pipe to safeguard the pump.

When functioning as a compressor, this pump boasts an outlet pressure capacity of up to 0.26Mpa (absolute pressure)..

The 2BV2-EX and 2BV6 series water ring vacuum pumps and compressors are designed for pumping explosive gases, perfectly suited for flammable and explosive environments, with performance parameters identical to those of the 2BV2 and 2BV5 series.
