Our ZJ Series Slurry Pump marks a breakthrough in hydraulic and structural design, crafted from our proprietary high chromium wear-resistant alloy cast iron, renowned for its exceptional abrasion resistance. This pump excels with its high efficiency, energy conservation, extended lifespan, and robust yet lightweight construction. Expect reliable operation with minimal vibration and noise, and enjoy the ease of maintenance. Ideal for transporting abrasive or corrosive slurry with solid particles across industries like electric power, metallurgy, coal, and building materials. It handles solid-liquid mixtures with a weight concentration of up to 45% for mortar and 60% for pulp. Capable of serial installation for tailored solutions, this series has been validated by ministerial new product identification and provincial energy-saving certifications, confirming its leading performance within China and aligning with international efficiency standards.
The ZJ Series Slurry Pump stands as a testament to technological excellence, having been selected by the original Ministry of Energy as a power science and technology achievements promotion project and recommended by the Ministries of Metallurgy and Coal. Recognized by the Ministry of Power Planning and Design General Institute and Equipment Complete Set Bureau, it is the preferred choice for 50-300MW thermal power units. Since 1991, it has achieved provincial 'double mining' certification and been recognized by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision as an 'international standard product.' Rated as a high-quality product in Hebei Province, it is also lauded as an energy-saving innovation by the Ministry of Machinery, included in the 16th and 17th batches of energy-saving mechanical and electrical product promotion projects, and identified as a national key new product. In 1998, it proudly earned the IS09001 quality system certification.
