Introducing the 2XZ series vacuum pump, a versatile powerhouse designed to efficiently evacuate gas from sealed containers. This essential tool can operate independently or serve as a precursor to booster, diffusion, molecular, maintenance, and titanium pumps. It's an ideal choice for applications across diverse sectors, including the fabrication of electric vacuum containers, vacuum welding, printing, photographic plate making, food packaging, vacuum forming, refrigeration equipment servicing, as well as precision instruments, meters, and laboratory testing.

Exemplifying reliability, this pump is engineered to run continuously for up to 2 hours under high vacuum conditions. It operates seamlessly within an ambient temperature spectrum of 5 ºC to 40 ºC, ensuring peak performance at an inlet pressure of ≤ 1330Pa. Should the suction port pressure elevate beyond this, operational protocols must be adhered to.
If the operating condition reaches ≥ 1330Pa, the pump's runtime should be restricted to a maximum of 3 minutes to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Working Principle

1) At the heart of our pump lies an eccentric rotor, meticulously placed within the pump chamber (stator). This rotor boasts three precision-engineered slots allowing for smooth rotor blade movement.
2) The rotor ingeniously partitions the internal chamber into three distinct spaces, with their volumes dynamically altering as the rotor spins, driving the pumping action.
3) Upon entering the intake chamber, gas is efficiently compressed and expelled through the strategically designed exhaust valve, ensuring a seamless evacuation process.
4) Our system injects oil into the intake chamber, serving multiple purposes: sealing, lubricating, and cooling. This oil is propelled by the compressed gas flow.
As oil reaches the fuel tank, it is adeptly separated under gravity's influence. The smaller oil molecules proceed to the exhaust filter, where an internal mechanism ensures their proper routing.
This meticulous circulation system guarantees that reclaimed oil returns to the pump chamber. A float valve meticulously manages this flow, preventing atmospheric exposure when the collection system is devoid of oil.
The vacuum integrity is maintained by preventing oil from breaching the suction side, ensuring consistent and reliable operation.
5) Our system relies on pressure differentials to maintain smooth oil circulation, enhancing the pump's operational efficiency.

For specialized needs, the pump can be modified to an explosion-proof variant, making it perfectly suited for critical industries such as petroleum, chemical processing, mining, pharmaceuticals, oil depots, gas stations, liquefied gas facilities, gas pipeline stations, and aerospace.

For added protection, users can opt to install an inflatable electromagnetic pressure differential vacuum valve at the pump's inlet. This feature activates upon sudden power loss or pump stoppage, automatically isolating the vacuum system and introducing air to the pump chamber. This prevents any backflow of pump oil, safeguarding the integrity of the vacuum system.
