The 2XZ series vacuum pump serves as a cornerstone in the evacuation of gases from sealed containers. It operates superbly on its own or seamlessly integrates as a pre-pump for an array of advanced pumps, including booster, diffusion, molecular, maintenance, and titanium pumps. Its versatility shines in industries ranging from the manufacture of electric vacuum containers, vacuum welding, and printing, to photographic plate making, food packaging, vacuum forming, and refrigeration equipment maintenance. Additionally, it is indispensable in synchronizing with instrument and meter equipment, as well as fulfilling the rigorous demands of laboratory testing.
This pump is engineered to function continuously for up to 2 hours under high vacuum conditions, withstanding ambient temperatures from 5 ºC to 40 ºC and maintaining an inlet pressure of ≤ 1330Pa. Should the suction port pressure
exceed 1330Pa, operation must be restricted to no more than 3 minutes to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Understanding the Intricacies: Working Principle
1) At the heart of the pump is an eccentric rotor housed within the stator chamber, featuring three meticulously designed slots that allow the rotor to glide effortlessly.
2) This rotor ingeniously divides the internal landscape into three distinct chambers, each varying in volume as the rotor spins.
3) As gas enters the intake chamber, it undergoes compression and is subsequently expelled through the exhaust valve, ensuring efficient discharge of gases.
4) A strategic injection of oil into the intake chamber acts as a sealant, lubricant, and coolant. As oil is propelled by compressed gas,
it enters the fuel tank, where gravity takes center stage, separating small oil molecules which then proceed to the exhaust filter. Internally,
a circulation system meticulously recycles the collected oil back into the pump chamber, regulated by a float valve to avert atmospheric pressure breaches when the collection system is devoid of oil.
This intricate process ensures the vacuum is preserved by routing back from the fuel tank to the suction side of the pump chamber.
5) The pressure differential between chambers drives the oil circulation, maintaining seamless operation.
Our product can be customized to an explosion-proof variant, making it ideal for high-risk environments such as petroleum, chemical, mining, medical fields, oil depots, gas stations, liquefied gas stations, gas pipeline stations, and the aerospace sector.
For added safety and convenience, users can install an inflatable electromagnetic pressure differential vacuum valve at the pump's inlet. This feature automatically seals the vacuum system and introduces air into the pump chamber in the event of sudden stoppage or power loss, effectively preventing oil backflow and contamination of the vacuum system.
