Introducing the remarkable 2XZ series vacuum pump, a cornerstone in gas removal technology for sealed containers. Versatile in its capabilities, this pump can function independently or as an essential precursor for booster, diffusion, molecular, maintenance, and titanium pumps. Ideal for diverse applications such as electric vacuum container manufacturing, vacuum welding, printing, photographic plate creation, food packaging, vacuum forming, refrigeration system upkeep, and as a complement to instrument and meter equipment, as well as laboratory testing.
The pump is engineered to operate continuously, but for no more than 2 hours under high vacuum scenarios, withstanding a temperature range of 5 ºC to 40 ºC and an inlet pressure of ≤ 1330Pa. Should the suction port pressure

Working Principle
1) The pump chamber houses an eccentric rotor within the stator, featuring three precision-engineered slots that allow the rotor to slide with ease.
2) This rotor ingeniously divides the internal space into three distinct chambers, whose volumes dynamically change as the rotor turns.
3) In a seamless process, gas enters the intake chamber, is compressed, and subsequently expelled through the exhaust valve, ensuring a steady output.

In the event of a sudden halt or power loss, it automatically secures the vacuum system and introduces air into the pump chamber, preventing oil backflow and contamination.
