The 2BV series water ring vacuum pump is engineered with precision, ideal for extracting both gas and water vapor. It achieves an impressive ultimate pressure of an absolute pressure of 3300pa, equating to a 97% vacuum efficiency.
Our innovative 2BV series utilizes a closed-loop system that allows the working fluid to be recycled using the extracted medium, minimizing emissions to zero and enabling efficient solvent recovery.

For prolonged operation at suction pressures nearing the ultimate vacuum level (saturated vapor pressure of the working liquid), it is essential to connect the cavitation protection pipe to safeguard the pump's longevity.

When employed as a compressor, the pump can achieve an impressive outlet pressure reaching up to 0.26Mpa (absolute pressure)..

The 2BV2-EX and 2BV6 series water ring vacuum pumps and compressors are expertly crafted for environments with explosive gases, seamlessly operating within various flammable and explosive settings. Their performance metrics are consistent with the 2BV2 and 2BV5 series.
