Understanding the Core Working Principle
1) At the heart of the pump, the eccentric rotor is meticulously positioned within the pump chamber (stator), featuring three ingeniously designed slots allowing the rotor to slide effortlessly.
2) This rotor dynamically partitions the internal space into three distinct chambers, with their volumes adjusting as the rotor turns, ensuring precision and efficiency.
3) As gas enters the intake chamber, it undergoes compression and is proficiently expelled through the exhaust valve, maintaining optimal performance.
4) The introduction of oil into the intake chamber is crucial for sealing, lubricating, and cooling. Driven by compressed gas, it reaches the
fuel tank where gravity aids in a preliminary separation. Smaller oil molecules advance to the exhaust filter, ensuring
a cycle of returning oil to the pump chamber. A float valve regulates this circulation, preventing atmospheric pressure issues when the collection system lacks oil.
Safeguarding the vacuum is achieved by allowing the oil to enter the suction side of the pump chamber, originating from the fuel tank.
5) A meticulous pressure difference guarantees flawless oil circulation.
For specialized needs, our product can be adapted to an explosion-proof type, making it ideal for industries such as petroleum, chemical, mining, medicine, oil depots, gas stations, liquefied gas stations, gas pipeline stations, and aerospace applications.
For enhanced protection, users can integrate an inflatable electromagnetic pressure differential vacuum valve at the pump's inlet. This smart feature automatically seals off the vacuum system and introduces air into the pump chamber if the pump experiences a sudden stop or power loss, thus preventing oil backflow and maintaining system purity.
