This remarkable pump is engineered to operate continuously within high vacuum conditions for up to 2 hours, withstanding ambient temperatures ranging from 5 ºC to 40 ºC, and an inlet pressure no greater than 1330Pa. When the suction port pressure exceeds this threshold.
In scenarios where the pressure is ≥ 1330Pa, it is imperative for the pump to run for no more than 3 minutes to maintain optimal performance.

Working Principle: A Masterstroke of Precision
1) The ingenious design features an eccentric rotor housed within the pump chamber (stator), equipped with three slots allowing for free sliding of the rotor.
2) Ingeniously partitioning the internal expanse into three distinct chambers, the rotor's rotation orchestrates a dynamic shift in chamber volumes.
3) As gas enters the intake chamber, it undergoes compression before being expertly expelled through the exhaust valve.
4) The injection of oil into the intake chamber serves multiple purposes: sealing, lubrication, and cooling. This oil is propelled by the compressed gas, and upon
entering the fuel tank, undergoes preliminary separation due to gravitational forces. Minuscule oil molecules advance to the exhaust filter, ensuring seamless operation.
The meticulously designed circulation mechanism guarantees the return of collected oil to the pump chamber, with a float valve meticulously controlling flow to prevent atmospheric pressure discrepancies when oil is absent.
The vacuum integrity remains unbroken by the strategic design allowing oil to re-enter from the fuel tank through the suction side of the pump chamber.
5) The oil circulation thrives on the exploitation of pressure differentials, ensuring consistent performance.
For enhanced safety and specialized applications, the pump can be adapted to an explosion-proof variant, rendering it ideal for use in high-risk industries including petroleum, chemical, mining, pharmaceuticals, oil depots, gas stations, liquefied gas stations, gas pipeline stations, and aerospace sectors.
Users have the flexibility to install an inflatable electromagnetic pressure differential vacuum valve at the pump's inlet. This intelligent feature immediately seals the vacuum system and introduces air into the pump chamber in the event of a sudden halt or power loss, effectively preventing oil backflow and contamination.
