This remarkable pump finds its place in the production of electric vacuum containers, vacuum welding, printing, photographic plate making, food packaging, vacuum forming, refrigeration maintenance, and integrates seamlessly with instrumentation and laboratory testing.
This robust pump is engineered for consistent performance, operating continuously under high vacuum conditions for up to 2 hours within ambient temperatures ranging from 5°C to 40°C. The inlet pressure should remain at or below 1330Pa, ensuring optimal functionality.
If the operating conditions exceed 1330Pa in pressure, the pump is advised to operate for no more than 3 minutes to maintain its integrity and efficiency.

1) At the heart of the pump's chamber (stator) lies the eccentric rotor, ingeniously designed with three precisely engineered slots that allow the rotor to slide freely and function effectively.
2) This rotor ingeniously divides the internal space into three distinct chambers, each changing in volume as the rotor spins, enabling seamless operation.
3) Gas drawn into the intake chamber is adeptly compressed and efficiently expelled through the exhaust valve, maintaining a steady flow.
4) Oil introduced into the intake chamber serves multiple roles-acting as a sealant, lubricant, and coolant. This oil is propelled by the compressed gas, offering enhanced performance.
Upon entering the fuel tank, gravity aids in the initial separation of oil, directing tiny oil molecules into the exhaust filter for further refinement.
The internal circulation process ensures the collected oil is recirculated back into the pump chamber. A float valve meticulously controls this to prevent atmospheric pressure from interfering when oil is absent in the collection system.
The vacuum integrity is preserved by the meticulous design, which prevents atmospheric entry through the suction side, safeguarding the system's efficiency from the fuel tank.
5) The efficient oil circulation is maintained by a strategic pressure difference, ensuring sustained performance.
