OVERVIEW

The 2BV series water ring vacuum pump is expertly crafted to handle the extraction of both gas and water vapor, achieving an impressive ultimate pressure that can reach an absolute pressure of 3300pa, equivalent to a remarkable 97% vacuum level.
Ingeniously designed, the working fluid of the 2BV series can be recycled using the extracted medium (liquid), enabling a closed cycle system that promotes eco-friendly zero emissions and efficient solvent recovery.

For prolonged operation when the suction pressure approaches the ultimate vacuum (the saturated vapor pressure of the working liquid), it is essential to connect the cavitation protection pipe for safeguarding the pump's longevity and functionality.

When utilized as a compressor, the pump's outlet pressure can impressively reach up to 0.26Mpa (absolute pressure), showcasing its versatile performance capabilities..

Engineered with safety in mind, the 2BV2-EX and 2BV6 series water ring vacuum pumps and compressors are tailored for pumping explosive gases, making them ideal for various hazardous environments while maintaining identical performance parameters to the 2BV2 and 2BV5 series.
