Introducing the remarkable 2XZ series Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump, a cornerstone of high-efficiency vacuum technology. This essential apparatus excels in purging gases from sealed environments, serving adeptly either as a standalone unit or in conjunction with booster, diffusion, molecular, maintenance, or titanium pumps. Ideally suited for the production of electric vacuum containers, it proves indispensable in vacuum welding, printing, photographic plate making, and food packaging. The pump's versatility spans vacuum forming, refrigeration equipment maintenance, and harmonizes seamlessly with instrument and laboratory testing needs.
Engineered for excellence, the pump is designed for continuous operation of up to 2 hours under high vacuum conditions, thriving in ambient temperatures of 5 ºC to 40 ºC. The inlet pressure should not exceed 1330 Pa. Should the pressure rise,
Beyond 1330 Pa, operational continuity must not exceed 3 minutes to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Working Principle
1) At the heart of the pump's operation is an eccentric rotor set within the pump chamber (stator). This rotor is ingeniously crafted with three slots, allowing the blades to glide effortlessly.
2) Ingeniously, the rotor partitions the internal space into three distinct chambers, with their volumes dynamically shifting as the rotor spins, amplifying efficiency.
3) As gas enters the intake chamber, it is masterfully compressed and seamlessly expelled through the exhaust valve, ensuring efficient operation.
