Whether employed as a stand-alone unit or as a pre-pump for sophisticated systems like booster, diffusion, molecular, maintenance, and titanium pumps, its adaptability is unrivaled. This pump is indispensable in the production of electric vacuum containers, precision vacuum welding, and even in the realms of printing and photographic plate making. Its prowess extends to food packaging, vacuum forming, and the maintenance of refrigeration equipment. Furthermore, it seamlessly integrates with instrument and measurement equipment, supporting rigorous laboratory testing.
Engineered for excellence, the pump operates with steadfast reliability under high vacuum conditions for up to 2 hours, maintaining a stable ambient temperature range between 5 ºC and 40 ºC, with the inlet pressure precisely regulated at ≤ 1330Pa. Should the suction port pressure exceed this threshold, operational adjustments are advised.
In conditions where the pressure surpasses 1330Pa, it is critical that the pump's operation does not exceed a brief 3-minute duration to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Working Principle
1) At the heart of the pump's functionality is an eccentric rotor, ingeniously mounted within the pump chamber (stator). With three meticulously designed slots, the rotor glides with precision, facilitating seamless operation.
2) The rotor's dynamic motion artfully partitions the internal space into three distinct chambers, each undergoing volumetric transformations as the rotor diligently rotates.
3) Ingeniously, the gas drawn into the intake chamber is skillfully compressed, subsequently being expelled through the exhaust valve, showcasing the pump's efficient discharge capability.
4) Oil, strategically injected into the intake chamber, serves multiple roles-sealing, lubricating, and cooling. Driven by the compressed gas, its pathway is a testament to innovative design.
Upon entry into the fuel tank, oil undergoes a primary separation due to gravity's influence, directing smaller oil molecules to the exhaust filter. This meticulous process ensures efficient oil management.
The thoughtful circulation design guarantees that collected oil is expertly returned to the pump chamber. A float valve meticulously controls this process, preventing atmospheric pressure breaches when the oil collection system is devoid of oil.
A preventive mechanism ensures the vacuum is not compromised by the ingress of air from the fuel tank into the suction side of the pump chamber.
5) The ingenuity of the oil circulation system is driven by a calculated pressure differential, ensuring uninterrupted operational excellence.
