Introducing the versatile and reliable 2XZ Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump, an indispensable asset for efficiently removing gas from sealed chambers. This pump stands at the forefront of innovation, whether used independently or as a precursor to booster pumps, diffusion pumps, molecular pumps, or even titanium pumps. From crafting electric vacuum containers, and facilitating vacuum welding, to printing and photographic plate making, its applications span a variety of industries. It's equally adept in food packaging, vacuum forming, refrigeration equipment upkeep, instrument calibration, and comprehensive laboratory testing.
Expertly designed to operate continuously up to 2 hours in high vacuum conditions, it performs optimally within an ambient temperature range of 5 ºC to 40 ºC and withstands inlet pressures of ≤ 1330Pa. The system is finely tuned to manage specific pressures seamlessly.
If pressures exceed 1330Pa, the pump is engineered to perform efficiently for a maximum of 3 minutes, ensuring reliability and longevity.
Working Principle
1) The eccentric rotor, nestled within the pump chamber (stator), houses three meticulously designed slots. These slots accommodate the rotor which glides effortlessly, ensuring seamless operation.
2) As the rotor spins, it partitions the internal space into three distinct chambers, each varying in volume dynamically with the rotor's motion.
3) Gas drawn into the intake chamber is adeptly compressed and expelled through the exhaust valve, maintaining efficient operation.
4) Precision-injected oil in the intake chamber offers superior sealing, lubrication, and cooling. The sophisticated system utilizes compressed gas to drive oil movement.
Upon reaching the fuel tank, oil undergoes strategic separation by gravity, allowing only minute oil molecules to pass into the exhaust filter. This innovation enhances longevity.
This intelligent circulation system ensures the collected oil is recirculated back to the pump chamber. A float valve meticulously manages this cycle, preventing atmospheric pressure issues when oil levels are low.
To maintain the vacuum, oil is skillfully navigated back from the fuel tank to the suction side of the pump chamber.
5) The oil circulation system operates flawlessly, driven by calculated pressure differentials.
For added versatility, the product can be adapted to an explosion-proof model, ideal for high-risk industries such as petroleum, chemical, mining, medicine, and more. It excels in oil depots, gas stations, and even aerospace applications.
Enhance your system with an inflatable electromagnetic pressure differential vacuum valve, conveniently mounted at the pump inlet. This innovation automatically safeguards the vacuum system against sudden shutdowns or power losses by sealing the system and inflating the pump chamber with air, preventing oil backflow and contamination.
