Furthermore, it complements instrument and meter equipment set-ups and is a trusted choice for laboratory testing.
Engineered for reliable performance, this pump is built to operate continuously for up to 2 hours under high vacuum conditions. It functions optimally within an ambient temperature bracket of 5 ºC to 40 ºC and manages an inlet pressure capped at ≤ 1330Pa. Should the suction port pressure exceed this threshold,
the pump is advised to run for no more than 3 minutes, ensuring safety and longevity.
Working Principle
1) Experience seamless operation with the eccentric rotor positioned inside the pump chamber (stator). The rotor features three strategically designed slots allowing it to slide effortlessly, thus enhancing functionality.
2) As the rotor spins, it ingeniously divides the internal space into three dynamic chambers, with their volume fluctuating to facilitate optimal gas compression and expulsion.
3) Gases are efficiently drawn into the intake chamber, compressed, and discharged via the exhaust valve, ensuring maximum efficiency.
4) Carefully injected oil into the intake chamber plays a multipurpose role in sealing, lubricating, and cooling. As the compressed gas propels the oil,
gravity assists in separating larger oil molecules that descend into the exhaust filter. This ingenious system facilitates a smooth internal
circulation where collected oil is channeled back to the pump chamber, meticulously regulated by a float valve to prevent atmospheric intrusion when the oil collection system is dry.
Preserving the vacuum integrity, it ensures no air enters the suction side from the fuel tank.
5) A pressure difference ensures flawless oil circulation, maintaining the pump's efficiency and performance.
For sensitive environments, an explosion-proof version is available, making it ideal for use in industries like petroleum, chemical, mining, medicine, and at locations such as oil depots, gas stations, liquefied gas stations, gas pipeline stations, and even within the aerospace sector.
The pump can be equipped with a smart inflatable electromagnetic pressure differential vacuum valve at the inlet, a feature that safeguards against sudden power losses or pump stoppages. This automated system instantly activates to seal the vacuum system and introduce air into the pump chamber, effectively preventing oil backflow and contamination.
