Our exceptional 2BV series water ring vacuum pump is expertly designed for efficient gas and water vapor extraction, achieving an impressive ultimate pressure of absolute 3300pa (97% vacuum), ensuring optimal performance.
The 2BV series ingeniously recycles its working fluid using the pumped medium (liquid), forming a sophisticated closed cycle system that achieves zero emissions and allows for effective solvent recovery.

For long-term operation near the ultimate vacuum (the saturated vapor pressure of the working liquid), connect the cavitation protection pipe to shield the pump and maintain its longevity.

When employed as a compressor, the pump achieves an outstanding outlet pressure of up to 0.26Mpa (absolute pressure), expanding its versatility..

The 2BV2-EX and 2BV6 series water ring vacuum pumps and compressors are tailor-made for extracting explosive gases. They shine in diverse flammable and explosive environments, mirroring the performance parameters of the 2BV2 and 2BV5 series.
