Product Description

The Roots water ring vacuum unit is a pumping unit with Roots pump as the main pump and water ring vacuum pump as the front stage pump. In addition to removing ordinary gases, it can also pump gases containing water, organic solvents or a small amount of dust, and has the characteristic of high pumping speed under high vacuum degree. The working fluid of the front stage pump of the Roots water ring vacuum unit is mostly water, but organic solvents (such as methanol, ethanol, xylene, acetone, wash oil, etc.) or other liquids can also be used.

 

If the front-end pump is used as a closed-loop system, it can reduce environmental pollution and greatly improve the recovery of organic solvents. The ultimate vacuum is determined by the saturated vapor pressure of the working fluid.

When choosing a vacuum unit, it is generally necessary to select a suitable unit at least half or one order of magnitude higher than the working vacuum (the vacuum degree required by the user).The normal working range of the vacuum unit is: the maximum suction pressure of the unit~5X the maximum pressure of the unit, and the unit's working efficiency is best within this range
