The horizontal model is available in a range of sizes from 300mm to 40mm, tailored to align with your specific outlet diameter demands. Similarly, the vertical pump offers sizes from 150mm down to 50mm, ensuring versatility and precision for all your applications.
Our ZJ Series Slurry Pump sets a benchmark in design excellence, featuring proprietary high chromium wear-resistant alloy cast iron flow components. This ensures remarkable abrasion resistance and longevity. The pump is renowned for its outstanding efficiency, energy-saving attributes, extended service life, and lightweight yet robust structure. With reliable operations, minimal vibrations, and reduced noise, it offers ease of maintenance and exceptional performance. Ideal for transporting abrasive or corrosive slurries with solid particles, it serves industries such as electric power, metallurgy, coal, and construction materials. Capable of handling solid-liquid mixtures with up to 45% concentration for mortar and 60% for pulp, it can be configured in series to meet user specifications. Our slurry pump has earned accolades for its advanced performance, receiving ministerial new product identification and provincial energy-saving certification, and matches the international standards in efficiency.
The esteemed ZJ Series Slurry Pump has been celebrated as a technological marvel in the power sector, recommended by the Ministry of Metallurgy and the Ministry of Coal. Endorsed by the Ministry of Power Planning and Design General Institute and Equipment Complete Set Bureau, it is the preferred choice for 50-300MW thermal power unit auxiliary machines. ○ Ingeniously crafted for adaptability, the water outlet position can be expertly installed and adjusted at 45° intervals, allowing eight distinct rotational positions for optimal functionality.
○ The bearing box design incorporates advanced thin oil lubrication, enhancing the pump's performance and longevity.
○ For streamlined maintenance, the system also supports the straightforward use of grease lubrication, ensuring operational efficiency.
○ The bearing box, a marvel of engineering, is designed to be lubricated with either thin oil or grease, providing dual options for maintaining peak performance.
Shaft seal type:
○ Auxiliary impeller shaft seal: Specifically designed for single-stage pumps and the initial stage in series. This setup allows for lubrication of the parking seal packing, utilizing either ambient pressure water or grease, ensuring seamless operation.
○ Packing shaft seal: This option is ideal for the second-stage pumps and those used further in series. It necessitates the use of shaft seal water to maintain its impeccable sealing capabilities.
