The 2XZ series vacuum pump stands as a cornerstone in the world of vacuum technology, adeptly eliminating gas from sealed containers. It shines in versatility, effortlessly operating as a standalone unit or serving as a pre-pump to power booster pumps, diffusion pumps, molecular pumps, maintenance pumps, and titanium pumps. This powerhouse finds extensive applications in the creation of electric vacuum containers, vacuum welding, printing, photographic plate making, food packaging, vacuum forming, refrigeration equipment maintenance, and seamlessly integrates with instrument and meter equipment for laboratory testing.
Designed for endurance, the pump typically functions continuously for up to two hours under the demanding high-vacuum conditions, thriving within an ambient temperature range of 5 ºC to 40 ºC, and managing an inlet pressure of ≤ 1330Pa with precision. Should the suction port pressure
exceed 1330Pa, the pump is engineered to operate for no more than 3 minutes, assuring optimal performance.

Working Principle: The Heart of Vacuum Dynamics
1) The sophisticated design includes an eccentric rotor housed within the pump chamber (stator); this rotor boasts three slots that allow for free sliding, optimizing efficiency.
2) The rotor ingeniously partitions the internal space into three distinct chambers, dynamically altering their volumes as the rotor spins.
3) Entering gas is expertly compressed in the intake chamber and then propelled out through the exhaust valve, ensuring a seamless operation.
4) Injected oil in the intake chamber enhances sealing, lubricating, and cooling functions. As compressed gas moves through,
the system, it enters the fuel tank where gravity facilitates the separation of small oil molecules, which then move to the exhaust filter. This sophisticated internal
circulation process guarantees the return of collected oil to the pump chamber, regulated by a float valve to prevent atmospheric pressure breaches when oil is absent in the system.
By integrating with the fuel tank, the system effectively prevents vacuum disruption.
5) The pressure difference adeptly ensures efficient oil circulation.
For specialized environments, the product can be upgraded to an explosion-proof model, making it ideal for sectors like petroleum, chemicals, mining, pharmaceuticals, oil depots, gas stations, liquefied gas stations, gas pipeline stations, and even aerospace applications.
An optional inflatable electromagnetic pressure differential vacuum valve is available for installation, safeguarding the system by automatically sealing it and introducing air into the pump chamber during unexpected halts or power losses, thus preventing oil backflow and contamination.
