Structure and Principle

This state-of-the-art machine leverages a powerful electric motor, transferring energy through a V-belt pulley. The asynchronous gear ensures impeccable rotation of the driven rotor. Significantly, the rotors operate without contact, maintaining an exact gap of around 0.4mm, and about 0.25mm from the rotor to the pump body and end cover. The operation involves continuous separation of the rotors in the lower chamber, causing volume expansion, while their connection in the upper chamber leads to volume contraction-facilitating the gas suction and discharge process. This process creates a vacuum on the suction side, while ensuring the exhaust side stays near atmospheric pressure.
The pump body incorporates a sophisticated soundproof box at the outlet, meticulously designed to stabilize pressure, enhance sealing efficiency, and significantly amplify the pump's performance.

1. a) Ensuring a minimal distance between the vacuum system's outlet and the pump's inlet is crucial for optimal performance.
2. b) Keeping pipeline bends to a minimum is of utmost importance.
3. c) The inlet pipeline should align at least with the centerline of the inlet, and the outlet pipeline must be devoid of high-resistance factors, such as upward climbs or sharp right-angle turns.
4. d) Ideally, the diameters of the inlet and outlet pipes should perfectly correspond to those of the product for seamless integration.For compact vacuum systems, the inlet pipe diameter can be slightly reduced, but must not diminish below 90% of the standard measurement.The diameter of the product's inlet and outlet must remain consistent, with the outlet pipe diameter being equal to or greater than that of the inlet.The outgoing pipe should at least match or exceed the diameter of the inlet pipe, ensuring seamless flow.
5. Avoid abrupt bends at pipeline corners; instead, ensure a smooth, fluid transition.A seamless transition is crucial to maintaining consistency and efficiency in flow dynamics.
