Working Principle
1) At the heart of this pump lies an eccentric rotor housed within the pump chamber (stator). Ingeniously designed with three slots, the rotor accommodates free-sliding vanes.
2) The rotor ingeniously segregates the chamber into three distinct volumes that transform dynamically as the rotor spins.
3) As gas is ushered into the intake chamber, it undergoes compression and is subsequently expelled through the exhaust valve, completing the cycle seamlessly.
4) A carefully injected oil into the intake chamber serves multiple functions: sealing, lubricating, and cooling. The oil, propelled by compressed gas, enters a gravity-impact separator in the fuel tank.
Within the separator, oil molecules are finely filtered, with smaller particles traversing to the exhaust filter. This sophisticated
circulation ensures that collected oil is efficiently returned to the pump chamber. A float valve expertly manages the oil flow, safeguarding against atmospheric pressure when the collection system lacks oil.

5) The impressive oil circulation is driven by an astutely managed pressure difference.
