Working Principle
1) Within the pump chamber, known as the stator, an eccentric rotor is skillfully positioned. It features three slots that allow the rotor to glide freely, ensuring efficient operation.
2) This rotor innovatively divides the interior space into three distinct chambers. As the rotor spins, the volumes of these chambers dynamically change.
3) Gas is ingeniously drawn into the intake chamber, where it undergoes compression and is then effectively expelled through the exhaust valve.
4) Oil is injected into the intake chamber to perform vital functions such as sealing, lubricating, and cooling. This oil is propelled by the compressed gas.
Upon entering the fuel tank, gravity assists in its initial separation. Smaller oil molecules are filtered and enter the exhaust filter, ensuring efficient operation.
The innovative circulation system guarantees that the collected oil is reintroduced into the pump chamber. A float valve meticulously controls this circulation, preventing atmospheric pressure issues when oil is absent.
Vacuum is strategically broken by allowing entry from the fuel tank to the suction side of the pump chamber.
5) The oil circulation mechanism relies on the pressure difference to ensure smooth operation.
Material Choice
1) The overcurrent component choices include advanced nickel phosphorus alloy or PTFE coating. For sealing, PTFE and labyrinth seals are employed.
The composite structure is meticulously designed to meet the rigorous demands of chemical engineering, manufacturing, and the pharmaceutical industry, providing resistance to corrosive environments.
2) Stainless steel (S304/S316L) is selected for overcurrent components, making them suitable for highly corrosive environments. The pump casing, partition, and rotor also boast stainless steel construction.
