Purpose

The ZBK series Roots vacuum pump represents an advanced solution for crude vacuum acquisition, and is extensively applied in diverse industries such as paper making, chemical engineering, pharmaceuticals, building materials, and more including food, clothing, andsugar manufacturing.This pump is the quintessential choice for vacuum dehydration in the long circular mesh suction tank or the long mesh paper machine mesh suction tank within the paper industry. In comparison with traditional water ring vacuum pumps, the ZBK series Roots vacuum pumps deliver remarkable advantages such as excellent high pumping speed, enhanced efficiency, a sleek compact structure, reduced size, effortless maintenance, extended service life, and minimal power consumption. The medium can be a blend of dry or wet air and water, though it must be free of granular substances, excessive dust, or corrosive components.



Structure and Principle

An electric motor energizes this mechanism via a V-belt pulley, initiating the rotation of the active rotor, and through synchronous gearing, the driven gear rotates the secondary rotor. The dual rotors operate without contact, maintaining a precise clearance of approximately 0.4mm. Meanwhile, a clearance of about 0.25mm is upheld between the rotors, pump body, and end cover. During operation, as the two rotors continuously separate in the lower section of the pump chamber, the volume expands. Conversely, in the upper section, the volume contracts as the two rotors consistently unite, facilitating the efficient suction and discharge of gas, thus achieving a vacuum on the suction side, while the exhaust side remains in equilibrium with atmospheric conditions. A soundproof enclosure is incorporated at the pump's outlet, which stabilizes pressure and enhances the efficiency of
