Structure and Principle

This sophisticated machine is powered by an electric motor, deftly transmitted via a V-belt pulley to rotate its active rotor, while asynchronous gear drives ensure the synchronized rotation of the driven rotor. Ingeniously engineered, the rotors maintain a precise clearance of about 0.4mm, with an approximately 0.25mm gap between the rotor, pump body, and end cover, ensuring flawless operation. The lower pump chamber sees constant rotor separation leading to volume expansion, while the upper chamber experiences rotor connection that causes volume shrinkage, executing the efficient suction and discharge of gas, thereby creating a vacuum on the suction side.
